Any hotel, inn, B&B owner or any other kind of accommodation provider can register here.

Go to http://www.christinatravelclub.org/ , at the bottom of the page you will find the "Add your property" yellow button. Click it!

Insert your information as a hotel owner.

If your contact details are the same as the hotel's contact details, you can insert those.

Read the "Terms & conditions" and check the "I agree with the terms and conditions" box.

In a few minutes you will receive an email for your account activation at the indicated email address.

Open the email and press the activation link.
-
You will receive on the page you just opened the information according to which your account has been activated.

In a few minutes you will receive an email with your username and password.
-
Be careful, the username and password are case sensitive.
-
Use the username and password to sign in to your account.
-
Sign in by pressing the "Owner sing in" button at the bottom of the main page.

Use your ID and password, then press "Sign me in".

Click the image in the upper right corner of the screen, then click "Change password".

Type in the old password, the new one, retype the new password, and then click "Change".

Now you can sing in using your new password!
C. At least for now, you cannot change your user ID

You are in the "Owner sign in" page.

Click the "Forgot password button".

Insert your user ID or email address.

You will receive an email with your new password.

Click the "Owner sign in" yellow button from the bottom of the main page.

Insert your user ID and password, and then click the "Sign in" button.

Click the "Property" button form the upper left corner of the page.

In the following window, type in the name of your property, the type, number of stars and mention if it is part of a hotel chain, the name of that chain, the number of rooms.

The next fields are optional (website, email address, Facebook page, TripAdvisor page), their presence will help you to better promote your property.

You can find the longitude and latitude automatically on Christina Travel Club by using the map and marker.

You can enlarge the map and by positioning the marker as exactly as possible you can obtain the desired precision.

Insert the latitude and longitude.
-
Pick the person that will administrate your property on Christina Travel Club.

If you have already been contacted by a certain person in the name of Christina Travel Club, select that person's email.

Your property has been added, now you have to wait in order for your position to be activated.

You are logged in.

In the upper part of your page you can add information about your property: services, contact details, the number and type of rooms, their availability and price.

You can view all the information added previously and you can modify the check in and checkout hours by clicking "View property info".

Save the information by clicking "Save".
G. Adding pictures to your property

Go to "Property info".
-
Click "Property Gallery".
-
The pictures should have a minimum size of 1024 pix X 1024 pix and a maximum one of 1600 pix X 1600 pix in png, gif or jpg formats.

You can add a maximum number of 20 pictures.

Click "Add picture", then "Browse" and select the picture from your computer.

Add a description to each picture.
-
Click "Save" and wait for the message that tells you the picture was uploaded (it can take a few minutes).

Click the bell or the "I changed my information" red button from the left part of the screen (if you don't want to make other changes) in order to alert the administrator.

Click the red bell after adding any kind of information, gallery, settings, etc.

The pictures are necessary in order to help find the hotel in searches.

In order to erase a picture, click the "Delete" button.
H. Adding contact information

Click "Property contact".
-
Click "Add contact".
-
In "Property info" click "My settings" and check the "I wish to receive this daily overview of my reservations" box. You can select the email address you will receive the daily report on and at what hour.

In "My settings" you can also view the general contact details.
I. Adding the description of your property

Click "Property info", click "Request text change" and type in the text in the left part of the screen.

Click "Save" and the red bell or the "I changed my information" button from the left part of the screen (if you don't want to make other changes).

After the verification process, the text will be listed on Christina Travel Club.
J. Changing the description of your property

Click "Property info", click "Request text change" and type in the text in the left part of the screen. In the right part of the screen you have the existing text.

Click "Save" and the red bell or the "I changed my information" button from the left part of the screen (if you don't want to make other changes).

After the verification process, the text will be listed on Christina Travel Club.

At "Property info" you can find the "Policies" button. Here you can add the general policies, the special conditions, etc. Click "Save" and the red bell or the "I changed my information" button from the left part of the screen (if you don't want to make other changes).

The text will be saved, approved and listed on Christina Travel Club.
L. Facilities of the Hotel

At "Property info" click the "Facilities" button and insert information regarding parking, diverse activities and facilities of your property.

Click "Save" and the red bell or the "I changed my information" button from the left part of the screen (if you don't want to make other changes).

The text will be verified and published on Christina Travel Club.

Click "Property info".
-
Click "Payment preferences".
-
Select the type of cards you accept and the preferred payment method.

Save by clicking the "Save" button.
N. VAT number and VAT/Tax/Charges

Click "Property info".
-
Click "Vat number".
-
Type in the VAT and click "Save". You can also choose "available, but not registered for EU transactions" or "Hotel is not VAT registered".

Click "VAT/Tax/Charges" and type in all the taxes for the area where the hotel is. Click "Save" and the red bell or the "I changed my information" button from the left part of the screen (if you don't want to make other changes).

Click "Property service".

Click "Add service", select the proper icon, the price for that service (if the service is free, type in 0) and a description.

Click "Save" and the red bell or "I changed my information" (if you don't want to make other changes).

You can view your services at "View services".

Click "Room info".
-
Click "Add room", select the room type, the name, the maximum number of persons and children, the size of the room in square meters, smokers or nonsmokers, the number of beds and their type, the facilities and the description of the room.

You can view the rooms at "View rooms".
-
Click "Save" and the red bell or "I changed my information" (if you don't want to make other changes).

For every type of room you can associate pictures (from those already uploaded) by clicking the button shaped like a camera.

In order to edit a type of room, click the edit button or the "X" button to delete the room.
Q. Rates and availability tab

Click "Rates and availability".

Click "Adjust Rooms to Sell". Select the time interval, the days of the week, number of available rooms and click "Save".

In "Change Room Rate" you can set the price for your room in Euro, the time interval, the rate type, the days available and the food & beverage plan.

With "Overview" you can view the information in a table.

In "Reservation" you can view all the reservations.
-
With "Open/Close Rooms" you can set the availability of a room for a certain time period. This setting is mandatory in order for a tourist to find the hotel when he is making a search with specific dates.

With "Copy Yearly Rates" you can copy the rates from one year to another, raise or lower the rates with a fix amount or a percentage.

In the end, click "Save".
R. Contact the administrator

1. For any kind of problem or question while you are logged in, click the "Contact" button from the upper-right corner of your screen in order to send an email to your administrator.

2. If you can't log in, you can use the contact details displayed in the lower part of the main page.
